A bit of our story

Giovanni Suhani, founder and CEO of GS Services, began his journey in 2016, offering marketing and sales services focused on investments and projects in the South of Tenerife. Between 2018 and 2020, he received several awards within the Century21 group, standing out for his excellence and commitment to results — including the Centurion title in 2018 and National Leader in 2019.

Today, GS Services has expanded its offerings to include Construction and Renovation Services in the Canary Islands, specializing in custom and new-build projects. The company has a young yet experienced team that blends deep knowledge of the local market with an innovative vision, ensuring tailored solutions for each client.
